Design Procedure of a Mono-Anchor Head for 2360 MPa High-Strength Steel Strand

چکیده

In this paper, a design procedure for mono-anchor head anchoring 2360 MPa high-strength steel strand is proposed. The performance criteria of the existing anchor based on PTI (Post-Tensioning Institute) have been reorganized so that they can be evaluated plastic hoop strain appearing at top wedge hole. order to does not exceed permissible standard, stress and deformation mechanisms were investigated. It was confirmed external force locally concentrated hole due interaction between components anchorage device. An investigation finite element method conducted identify degree concentration location establish relationship with strain. analytical according variables head, in process, static load tests material create an model reflects actual behavior system. equation established regressionally strain, which criterion, calculated configuration yield strength head. Following proposed procedure, properly determined when determination limited supply demand. addition, space during construction device, dimensions device small size determined, appropriate determined.
